After earning a Bachelors in Psychology, Nick joined JCW in 2012 as the second employee in the NYC office. After 9 years of recruiting for JCW’s banking clients, Nick moved to Boston in 2022 to run the office and bring the Catalyst brand to the US. He has led both permanent and contract teams across a variety of industries, with his current expertise in Pharma & Biotech.
