Career-Long Training & Development

Our genuine career-long training programme includes various programs that trigger at key stags of your professional development and gives you comprehensive support from day one. Learning and developing new skills alongside others, your training support will include classroom and on-the-job training to equip you with everything you need to create a successful career in recruitment.

The Grit Associate Academy

Our Academy training is a programme for all our new starters to help set them up for a successful career in recruitment. It’s a structed 6-week training plan that is a mixture of in-classroom interactive core sessions and on desk application with direct feedback from both your manager and trainer. The Academy is used as a staircase to become a 360 recruiter with 4 distinct modules covering the Company Induction, Candidate Resourcing, Process Management & Business Development.

The Growth Program

This program is aimed at helping you take the next leap in your recruitment career with targeted modules aimed at enhancing core sales & business skills. In this program you can expect to learn advanced sales techniques as well ask enhanced negotiation skills.

Future Managers & Leaders

Our management track allows our emerging sales leaders to develop the tools & skills required to take ownership of a part of the organisation. This program is designed to give you the skills needed to manage others in the business whilst also maintaining your own sales performance. It’s a mix of practical & theoretical tools that have been curated from some of the world’s leading leadership & organisational & thought leaders.

Classroom

interactive of desk sessions that are tailored to cater for all learning styles. These sessions will allow you to step away from our fast-paced sales floor to reflect & enhance your knowledge. Don’t expect it to be a break from work though. Our classrooms are dynamic places of learning where active participation is required.

Deskside

If the classroom is where knowledge is transferred our on-desk training sessions are where individual development takes place. These 121 sessions are designed to cater to your specific skill development needs. Going at your own pace and run by a member of the L&D team or your manager you can expect active, practical observation, feedback & advice on how to get success in your role.

Coaching

Sometimes the path ahead isn’t clear, and you need someone to challenge you in a constructive way to help you achieve the next phase of your development. JCW’s L&D team are fully trained and practiced coaches who can provide private, 121 sales and leadership coaching sessions.

All of our training is digitised through our Learner Management System allowing you to access & review courses in your own time online. Here you can take quizzes to test your knowledge retention as well as access how to videos from our learner library.
