Our Santa Monica office is looking for and Experienced Legal Recruiter either at a Principal or managerial level to take a hold of our flourishing Legal desk and grow the team (Currently 2)

What we are looking for:


  • Hunters! This is a growth opportunity and you will thrive on New Business Development as well as growing out existing accounts
  • Player/Coach. This is an opportunity to oversee 2 established consultants and would suit either an existing manager or someone who we can fast track into a managerial role
  • You will come from a Legal recruitment background within Agency (NOT In-house/Talent)
  • You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the sector.
  • You are naturally competitive and goal-driven
  • You are curious and inquisitive
  • You strive to continuously learn
  • You excel in a fast-paced environment and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
