Our Social Purpose
Wellbeing in the workplace is the biggest responsibility we have.
Workplace wellbeing relates to all parts of our working life. The environment we work in, the culture we experience, and our feelings about the work we do.
Most of us will spend 80,000 hours at work in our lifetimes - a long time if you don’t feel listened to, supported, or respected.
That’s why we’ve launched our wellbeing in the workplace initiative, Wellbeing that Works.
Wellbeing that Works is a framework that sets out the ways in which we help people to achieve success, fulfilment, and stability. It’s what sets us apart from other employers, and demonstrates our commitment to being a business that gives back. A business that achieves the highest standards of wellbeing for every single person who we work with, and who works for us.
Our mission is to:
What’s included in Wellbeing that Works
