Since graduating from McGill University in 2014, Chris has grown his career from Associate to Director with the JCW Group whilst being instrumental in the success of the company’s New York business. Responsible for creating and building the technology team in New York, Chris now leads Cybnernetic’s team in New York.

What is the most important skill as a recruiter?

Empathy is key. Understanding a situation from someone else’s perspective and genuinely understanding their motivations, whether it is a client or a candidate, makes a real difference in how successful you will be as a recruiter.
